Most recently Mr Duffy held the roles of both Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Red 5 Limited (ASX: RED) and was a key member of the Company’s leadership team that has established Red 5 as a successful multi-billion dollar Australian gold producer through the development, construction and production ramp up of the 5.5Mtpa King of the Hills (KOTH) Gold Mine in Western Australia. Mr O’Connor was formerly General Counsel and Company Secretary and an Executive Committee member of Xstrata Copper (2003 – 2013), the largest business unit of global mining company Xstrata Plc. Mr O’Connor is currently a Non-Executive Director of Mitchell Services Limited (ASX: MSV) and a Director of Wesley Medical Research Institute Foundation. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of Stanmore Coal Limited. (ASX: SMR) and Non-Executive Director of Maas Group Holdings Limited (ASX: MGH).
